Our Hearings, Our Voice (OHOV) has launched a recruitment campaign today aimed at recruiting new Board Members.
This follows on from the recent publication of the OHOV evaluation report. The evaluation was carried out to find out how effective OHOV has been and what is the future direction of the Board.
OHOV is an independent board for children and young people from across Scotland between the ages of 8-18, who have experience of the Children’s Hearings System. The aim of OHOV is to ensure children and young people have a decision making role in the improvement of the Children’s Hearings System.
Now OHOV is over three years old, the time is right to recruit new Hearings-experienced children and young people to the Board.
A dedicated recruitment section has been launched on the OHOV website.
If you know any Hearings-experienced children or young people (aged 8-18) who might be interested, then please visit the OHOV website to find out more or contact OHOV Project Lead Gordon Main.
